We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a highly engaging, hands-on role. This position offers the chance to directly oversee all aspects of our maintenance operations, from managing personnel and scheduling to executing machine repairs and preventive maintenance.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and Mentor: You will supervise a dedicated team of mechanics and porters, ensuring high standards of work and team effectiveness.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance: Oversee and enhance preventive maintenance programs that ensure our machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Aid in diagnostic troubleshooting and monitor the quality of repairs to address and resolve issues swiftly.
• Facility Oversight: Take charge of building and physical plant repair issues to maintain operational excellence and cleanliness.
• Safety First: Uphold and advocate for strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone with at least 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• A professional with a solid understanding of industrial equipment fundamentals including electrical wiring, pneumatics, steam and water systems, hydraulics, and building maintenance.
• A proactive leader who is not only experienced in using basic hand tools but also committed to being hands-on in their role.
• A responsive individual capable of working in a time-sensitive environment and handling urgent issues effectively.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing for operation of specific plant machinery (e.g., boiler license).

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and is designed for someone ready to take full responsibility and lead by example, especially when the manager is unavailable
