Beyond subject matter expertise, this individual will also need to possess very strong inter-organizational skills and learning agility to quickly learn and partner with the North America teams and JJ Innovative Medicine functions.The Program Leader for JJ IM will lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of stakeholder groups that are building an integrated learning experience from JJ Innovative Medicine North America/NA to the JJ Learn ecosystem. The role will be accountable for successfully delivering project objectives with JJ Innovative Medicine NA and JJ Learn Core team and help update the JJ Learn Steering and Council teams.Key aspects of this role include:Managing end-to end development and implementation of technology & process transformation in JJ Innovative Medicine NA & functions.Translating vision into execution plans (i.e. alignment of team resources, workstreams and activities) which are tied to objectives, measures, and timelines, leading to successful completion of projects.Leading transformation work using existing tools such as charters, scorecards, and RAID logs for JJ Innovative Medicine NALeading the discovery & definition work for JJ Innovative Medicine functions (ie JRD, Supply Chain, GCSO...)Managing project timeline and milestones for each charter and scorecard in NA region and functionsOverseeing project management for the development and execution of end-to-end learner centric experiencesPartnering with the following: Business Architect with Enabling Personalized Growth pillar, Project Management Leader for JJ Learn and Head of Learning Platform MigrationsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree6 years’ work experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or process improvement in JJ Innovative Medicine or on technology projectsHR, L&D or JJ IT related experience preferred.Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact required.Experience using data to make business decisions required.Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and consultative skills required.Analytical and strategic problem solver with ability to create integrated technology & project solutions to support enterprise goal, in alignment with global HR strategies required.Knowledge of successfully applying change delivery methodologies and tools is required.Experience in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management, communication planning and delivery, from a global and regional (North America) perspective.Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other partners to influence others and move toward a common vision is required.Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with flexibility and adaptability.Team-oriented with a strong ability to work collaboratively with and through others.Ability to understand business strategy and translate into learning solutions that support the company’s business goals.This position will be in Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA or New Brunswick, NJ the position may require 10% travel domestically.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
