New Mexico Yield Engineers are responsible for controlling technology change's introduction, monitoring in line defect performance and end of line die yields, finding root cause for in line defect excursion and navigating fix.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months but is toolset dependent. After training: hybrid “work from home” to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required. Full time remote is not an option.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's or a Master's in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
3 years previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years' Experience with design of experiments (DOE) principles.
3 years' Experience in data analysis and statistical process control (JMP, SQL, PCS).
Fundamental understanding of semiconductor process flow.
Understands concepts of process capability, true spec, and variance.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.Full Time
