We continue to strive to be the staffing firm of choice for some of the nation's largest Engineering, Technology and Fortune 500 Companies that utilize our technical recruiting services for their recruitment needs.Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop electrical equipment, including electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, and wiring in buildings, radar and navigation systems, communications systems; and power generation, control, and transmission devices used by electric utilities.Design the electrical systems of automobiles and aircraft.Handle the development of lighting, wiring systems, electric motors, navigation systems, and utilitiesTest equipment and isolate defects.Create best routes for power supplies.Integrate components into the final design.Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.Assemble bid, approval, and construction issue drawing packages.Evaluate the effectiveness of the design and change if necessary.Estimate cost, reliability, and safety factors.Use computers extensively to produce and analyze designs.Generate specifications for parts.Control the efficiency of processes.Supervise technicians and other engineers during development phase.Build, test and modify product prototypes.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge And Experience With Electrical Equipment And Installation RequiredBachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field Preferred.5 Years Of Directly Related Experience.Must Possess Strong Electrical Design Fundamentals, Including A Background And Knowledge Of NEC, IBC, IECC And Life Safety Codes.CADD Experience Preferred, But Not Required.Able To Multitask And Thrive In A Fast-Paced, Fluid Work Environment.Must Be Detail Oriented And Quality Driven.Able To Analyze And Resolve Problems At Both A Strategic And A Functional Level.Proficient In Microsoft Office, Including Excel, Word And Outlook.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
