Integrated Family Services, PLLC is Hiring a Director of Intensive In Home Services - Full-Time Near Greenville, NC

No Phone Calls Please.The Director of Intensive In Home Services is responsible for ensuring that intensive in home services are provided in strict adherence to service definitions and laws governing delivery. The Director is responsible for ensuring medical necessity is met, thus creating a balance between both financial and clinical aspects of service delivery. The Director serves as the administrative supervisor to the service bridging the gap between functions and IFS policy and procedures. It is the responsibility of the Director to maintain open communication and receive timely reports on service requirements.
WORK DUTIES AND TASKS ( 100% of time)
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Intensive In-Home Services team, ensuring the delivery of high quality services
  • Oversee program development and implementation to the meet the diverse needs of our community
  • Manage the day to day operations, including budgetary responsibilities and resource allocation
  • Ensure efficiency in operations while holding high clinical quality and service excellence
  • Collaborate externally with referral sources and external stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of eligible clients and that the organization is meeting the needs of the community
  • Ensure services are coordinated and integrated with key stakeholders that are involved with the client and their family
  • Ensure that clients are getting the authorized units of service that will yield the optimum clinical benefits
  • Regularly evaluate services and implement plans, with measurable outcomes, for continual improvement
  • Provide agency thought leadership for favorable clinical outcomes and service sustainability
  • Oversee all program(s) staff and provide regular one on one supervision to key leadership members
  • Ensure regular feedback and guidance is provided for employee development and enhanced productivity
  • Administer the performance evaluations and performance management process
  • Participate in the selection and termination of staff
  • Promote a positive work environment that possesses accountability
  • Establish, maintain and nurture working relationships with community and local agencies to ensure a steady flow of eligible clients to program
  • Establish, review and implement program(s) policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective working relationships with agency staff
  • Oversee the intake and discharge process and ensure all appropriate paperwork and all data entry is completed and delivered in a timely, efficient manner
  • Maintain program(s) census and ensure program(s) is following relevant agency guidelines
  • Oversee risk management and participate in crisis resolution
  • Review, approve and process critical incident reports to Quality Management and appropriate staff
  • Develop and prepare various reports as required, such as program(s) updates and share appropriate feedback with staff
  • Provide information on program(s) goals and objectives, treatment plans, resources and other pertinent information to appropriate collaterals as needed
  • Attend required meetings and represent program(s) and agency at internal and external meetings
  • Act as a liaison to providers and community resources
  • Utilize technology for efficient data management and electronic health record maintenance
  • Provide 24 hour on-call support and provide rotating coverage to assure 24/7 on call program(s) support
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education And Experience Requirements
  • Fully licensed in the state of North Carolina as a licensed clinical social worker or licensed clinical mental health counselor
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Prior work experience related to assisting children and families who are at risk of going into crises
  • A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the behavioral health field
