Sayres Defense is Hiring a Sr Project Program Analyst with Security Clearance Near Washington, DC

Sayres and Associates LLC (Sayres) has been providing excellence in service to the Federal Government since 2001. Sayres is seeking an experienced Project Program Analyst with a current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: * Provide professional program/project management and technical support services to assist achievement of current programs' objectives and acquisition strategies. These services shall include, but not be limited to:
* providing logistics, trials, special project, and conference support. * Management and administrative services provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following: * coordination of acquisition office operations including management of records, schedules and correspondence; development of procurement documentation; requirements analysis; deliverables management and tracking; metrics tracking, analysis and development of reports; and assistance in the development of milestones and objectives for current programs. * Perform operational, administrative, and executive functions for external/internal Program Managers.
* Prepare program/project briefings, plans, meeting minutes, action item reports, and other required program planning documentation.
* Analyze and evaluate DoD ship acquisition IAW DoD 5000 to provide project and program managers information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation including financial and contractual data.
* Develop plans, milestones, actions, and assist with program acquisition plans to meet contractual/project requirements.
* Develop and maintain electronic information and databases concerning the installation, operation, maintenance, and alteration of systems and equipment.
* Prepare charts using excel to show graphical representations.
* Analyze various data to identify problems and trends.
* Review contractual requirements and participate in program requirements and scope.
* Develop evaluation methodology, collect, and analyze data to determine extent to which goals, objectives and requirements are being met.
* Coordinate, facilitate an assist with program meetings and events.
* Assist in configuration management plans, integrated logistics support plans, and change documentation.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors and industry.
Preferred Specialization: DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Foreign Military Sales; Military Sealift Command procedures and processes Qualifications & Clearance Requirements Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline
* 3 years program management, technical management, or Industry business management
* Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS/JPAS
Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates * Project Management Professional (PMP) for 1-3 years
* DAWIA LEVEL II Certification
* 5 years program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 1 years in DoD/DoN program management
