Seeking an experienced, vibrant, and self-motivated Construction Project Manager in Dallas, TX!

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED – Our Client is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor that has been a Metroplex and National leader in Industrial and Commercial construction since 1977. Their expertise includes Office, Commercial and Industrial projects and with an emphasis on the transportation industry including trucking, automotive and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas and across the country. By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid and construction, they are better able to understand their clients’ needs and operational goals.

Experience:

• Senior level (5 plus years’ experience, ideally 8)
• Commercial General Contracting experience
• Light Industrial
• Tilt wall
• Ground up projects

You must possess the following:

• Formal education in construction or engineering with a strong technical knowledge is expected and field experience is a great asset.
• Worked with freight, trucking and car dealership construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
• Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore and other construction related software.
