At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. Were building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide comprehensive care. Youll break down barriers for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Youll be supported by an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at one of our centers. Together, you will take a hands-on approach to enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills to enrich the lives of our patients.About Inspire Horizons:
The clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together and have been doing so for many years. They also knew they reached a point in their journeys where they needed to lean on a new leadership team for their next chapter. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.

Are you looking to get your certification, minimum 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or are you already an RBT?

Can you successfully pass a background check and reference checks (anyone who can speak to your awesomeness)?

Do you have any experience with kiddos with autism spectrum disorder or other neurological, developmentally delayed or medically fragile diagnoses?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $20-24 per hour, which translates to approximately $3,250 - $4,160 monthly or $39,000 - $50,000 annually if you're working full-time at 40 hours a week. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
