Job Description MAJOR FUNCTION: The Communications department that is the initial contact to callers providing information for the Inspira Organization. Providing a high degree of Customer Service to all callers, while maintaining confidentiality for all patients. Monitor all hospital Alarms panels and contact appropriate department per policy. Monitor all hospital Codes and contacting all essential Code team per Code. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Prior switchboard or PBX experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service required. Preferably in a Health Care environment.
Certifications/ Licensure:
N/A
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic computer skills and experience with MS Word and Excel.
