Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, end-users, architectural & design firms, general contractors, installation companies and other employees during the project process.
• Develop a design concept and apply standard product solutions where possible.
• Guide the project development and requirements throughout the sales process.
• Take ownership of documents you produce and facilitate their passage through all stages of design and construction including permitting, bidding and construction administration.

Skills and Experience

• Anywhere between 3-8 years of experience with commercial furniture dealership
• A professional degree in architecture or interior design
• Experience with Commercial Construction
• Excellence in communication - propose solutions to problems with clear verbal, written and visual dexterity whilst thriving in a fast-paced team and partaking in multiple projects concurrently
• Good knowledge of Architectural Construction Documents
• Maintain outstanding relationships with customers
• Ability to travel by car to meet clients
• Software proficiencies: CET and AutoCAD - proprietary software training provided
