The Job Store Staffing is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Louisville, CO

Join us at Job Store Professional and be part of an exciting opportunity as a Quality Manager with a direct path to Directorship! Teaming up with a leading automation technology solutions provider, we're offering a dynamic role reporting directly to the COO, based fully onsite in Louisville, Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll champion quality principles, establishing systems, capabilities, and mechanisms to ensure compliance from development through manufacturing. Say goodbye to traditional inspection methods as you lead the deployment of superior processes and spearhead quality improvement

projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with ISO standards.
  • Advise leadership on compliance with industry-leading practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of ongoing professional growth.
  • Manage internal audit programs and budget allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for audits and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • 7 years experience in significant quality roles, with at least 5 years managing quality assurance in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • Expertise in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and relevant quality tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
