I am partnered with one of the fastest growing data center developers in the US looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager.

Large-scale construction experience required, however you do not need to have worked on data centers in the past. Industrial and heavy commercial experience is preferable.

You do not need to be based locally to the project and can instead travel to this location - you will need to be on-site Monday to Friday. If you are looking to support a developer's growth and work on some of the most exciting projects in the US, this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings involving design, construction, and commissioning firms.
• Prepare and facilitate pre-installation meetings.
• Aid in the management of budgets and schedules for projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and oversee cash flow management.
• Manage on-site activities for data center projects.
• Engage with power and fiber companies as needed.
• Support Project Manager and team with reporting requirements.
• Ensure integrity of critical infrastructure through customer interaction.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
