Community Coach II Full-time Community Coach 2 Full-time with benefits (I/DD Skills Needed) Qualifications and Licensing Requirements:
One-year Supported Employment/Job Coach experience working with I/DD & Special populations
Vocational experience
A high school diploma or GED required
Willing to provide customer transportation using your vehicle
Valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
Hours : Monday - Friday 9:30am - 8:00pm,
Support cleaning services within Clanton Day Support Center: Monday & Thursdays- 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Rate : $17.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time with benefits 30-40 hours per week What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one to provide support at work and activities in the Charlotte area
Help customers on-the-job, job coaching
Documentation of work and activities
Help customers explore new things, pursue their interests, & help with socialization
Responsible to oversee customer participation in activities as described in the goal plan
Maintain the health and safety of everyone
Provide reliable transportation
Maintains credentials (training)

Activities may be in the individual's home, community, or work site in the Charlotte area. All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
