Our client, an estqablished busy oncology practice in Northern VA, has a need for a Lead Dosimetrist to join their team. MUST have at least 5 years of experience and CMD.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, CMD with at least 5 years of experience dosimetrist experience.

Clinical position, onsite to start, hybrid after a period of time

• Established practice It’s a busy practice, with multiple offices. Physics and dosimetry are centrally located in Northern, VA.
• Job is mostly clinical. Though they will supervise the dosimetry staff, including scheduling coverage for multiple clinics and directing planning goals.
• Treatment Planning and organize clinical treatment trials and procedures.
• Responsible for the ongoing education of new dosimetrists and assists in the oversight of the technical development and abilities of the radiation therapists.
• Shared responsibility for Quality Assurance programs on patient plans for Special Procedures (to include but not limited to IMRT, SRS, Brachytherapy), electron beam cutout factor measurements and in-vivo dosimetry investigations and follow-up.
