Job Details
Duties:

• Provide strong leadership and effective management to the teams.
• Delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Contribute to departmental strategy development and execute plans efficiently.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to drive growth and improvement.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Implement best practices and SOPs to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Mentor team members, identify training needs, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Foster a culture of innovation, solicit feedback, and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Doctorate: Hold a DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited school.
• Licensure: Possess an active veterinary license, current DEA and controlled substance licenses, and USDA Category Accreditation (or obtain within two months of hire).
• Surgical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia and routine surgeries, including spays, neuters, mass removals, and dentals for dogs and cats.
• Empathy: Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in emotional or stressful situations.
