Description

Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency in Hickory, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing specialty and emergency practice. CASE is a multi-specialty practice with specialists in internal medicine, surgery, and 24-hour emergency and critical care. They are supported by our highly trained and compassionate team of technicians, assistants, and client service representatives. We currently have an opening for a CSR on our emergency service team.

Here is What Your Day Might Consist of:

  • Greet all patients in a professional and polite manner 
  • Answer phone calls promptly & take messages 
  • Resolve patient complaints via phone and email 
  • Verify customer account information 
  • Multitask within a fast-paced environment 
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Here is the Experience you will bring to the Job:

  • A high school diploma or GED required 
  • Previous experience in the veterinary field required 
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts 
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for various amounts of time 
  • Must maintain professionalism in high-stress situations 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
