Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline or Project Management is required.
- PMP a plus.
- 6 years of experience in Supply chain and Project management.
- 4 years of experience in Project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project management.
- 4 years of experience with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects.
- Experience working across Supply chain, PM, Manufacturing, Quality Control in a cGMP environment within Biologics or Cell Therapy Operations.
- Advanced Experience with Sharepoint, MS Project, Excel.
- Experience with the ERP system is a preferred plus.
- Self starter and team player, Analytical, leadership, strong communication, stakeholder management and time management skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis, change management and material lifecycle management.
