InnoPhase IoT is looking for Sr./Staff/Sr Staff Product Test Engineers to join our growing organization in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will design and implement Test solutions for wireless connectivity products from concept to production.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement and verify bench test solutions using Litepoint, iTest.
• Responsible for bench characterization of RF, mixed-signal, and power management blocks.
• Characterize device over process corners, temperatures, & voltages; analyze data and generate test reports.
• Develop test plans for regulatory compliances, execute them and work with external test labs for successful certification.
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams including silicon design, PCB design, firmware, and software teams
• Develop bench test automation program/scripts, and equipment drivers for electronic/RF measurement equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, power meters, signal generators, etc.
• Support ATE test engineering for bench-to-ATE correlation.

Skills

• Strong experience in bench test engineering and characterization related tasks.
• Strong working experience with bench test equipment, such as Spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power meters, and litepoint test system.
• Strong knowledge of RF receiver and transmitter circuit, performance parameters such as IP2, IP3, Noise figure, EVM, SEM, and test methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of WiFi connectivity Wireless standards such as 802.11, BT/BLE.
• Expert experience in C/Python programming languages, equipment drivers, and test automation.
• Strong experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Familiarity with semiconductor product development, test & production flows.
• Good communication skills and documentation
• Knowledge and experience of WiFi product ATE testing, and ATE development process.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in EE or related field.
• Prior experience in RF and 802.11ax/be or such wireless PHY implementation is required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant Experience
