Job Overview:

Inno Supps is one of the fastest growing supplement companies in the world. Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Video Editor / Videographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing video content for a variety of mediums, including social media ads and online platforms. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and objectives
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and 2D animations as needed
- Conduct post-production tasks such as color correction, audio editing, and adding music or sound effects
- Manage and organize video files using FTP or other file transfer methods
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production

Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of post-production processes and techniques
- Experience with content creation and storytelling
- Knowledge of photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Capture One
- Familiarity with 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
- Understanding of video production equipment and techniques (e.g., cameras, lighting)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
