Job Overview:
Electrical supply house is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer request for quotes on lighting and/or switchgear projects
- Coordinate with customers and reps to ensure counts and BOM are correct
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate with internal teams on all facets of project
- Build strong customer relationships

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of lighting and/or switchgear
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Excellent data entry/computer skills with both ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
