Job Description

Aurora Lighting is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing installation team!

We specialize in permanent outdoor lighting systems for residential and commercial properties throughout Middle Tennessee.

We are hiring Installation Helpers to work alongside our experienced lead installers. Your main responsibility will be to assist our installation crews, keep projects moving efficiently, and help complete high-quality installations.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

REQUIRED

- Tool belt with Impact and Drill, and Tin snips.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with permanent outdoor lighting installations.
• Help measure, prepare, and install lighting tracks and materials.
• Carry, organize, and prepare tools, ladders, and equipment.
• Assist with mounting lighting systems along rooflines and exterior structures.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and efficient.
• Follow instructions from lead installers and adhere to safety procedures.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Help crews complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor.
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights with proper training.
• Reliable transportation to designated job sites.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Previous construction, roofing, gutter, siding, or installation experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• Starting pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience and abilities.
• Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, reliability, and how quickly you learn.
• Potential to advance into a lead installer position, which pays 50-$100 an hour.
• Hands-on training provided by experienced installers.
