Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Offline Jogger to join our growing team. Location: 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603

NEW STARTING WAGE: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour $2.00/hour shift differential

Shift: Rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours

Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

The Offline Jogger is responsible for tasks that include:

· Operating a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process

· Inspecting the quality of printed product and raising concerns where needed

· Cross-training in other roles across the production environment

· Problem solving issues that arise

· Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or general education degree required

· 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience

· Highly motivated with a positive attitude

· Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
