Inland Fastener, Inc. is Hiring a Warehouse Worker Near Lewiston, ID

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for picking orders, shipping, receiving freight, conducting regular inventory checks, organizing products, and more. With Monday-Friday work days and open from 7am-4pm, we are a fast paced operation with little downtime. Our team works hard and the day goes by quickly. The fastener business is a fun and rewarding industry to work in as you get to help our customers meet their project needs and you also get to develop your own personal skill set.

Duties:
- Load and unload products from trucks or containers
- Use mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and RF scanners
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and update records

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with order picking processes and equipment is a plus
- Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
