The Quality Systems Analyst I, under the guidance of the Quality Systems Leadership Team, brings excitement to IEHPs Medical Services through advanced analytics and reporting. Using tools like Tableau and SAS, they design reports, analyze data trends, and ensure timely, accurate project completion. This analyst collaborates across departments, understanding business operations and regulatory requirements, to deliver meaningful insights. With a commitment to LEAN principles, the Quality Systems Analyst I establish effective relationships and contributes to IEHPs data-driven success.

Education & Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience and working knowledge of large datasets, creating queries, and developing reports for end users.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.

Key Qualifications

• Well-versed in relational database structures and database design. Working knowledge of ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS/NDC coding, strongly desired.
• Proficient in use of analytical tools such as: MS Access, SAS, Tableau or MS Excel is essential.
• Will accept extensive knowledge of ArcGIS in lieu of SAS and MS Access.
• Ability to understand query design and data interpretation.
