What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Loaner Car Coordinator to join our Audi Marin team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers
• Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage
• Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts
• Maintain gas tank levels to make sure loaner vehicles are filled before loaning to customers
• Ensure loaners are lined up and ready for the early appointments in the morning
• Escort customers to the vehicle, perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated and diligent
• Previous fleet experience and rental background strongly preferred
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Hourly range: $24.00 to $28.00 an hour.
