• Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Distribute pre-booked mobility devices.
• Rent mobility devices to “walk-up” guests.
• Explain the benefits of renting and process the rental via the Scootaround iPad.
• Gather all customer detailed and payment information. (credit card only).
• Assist customer with detail instructions and operation of the device.
• Address and solve all customer needs.
• Retrieve the equipment upon the ships returns to port.
• Inspect and prepare the equipment for rental to the next guest.

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Must be 18 Years old or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Well-groomed with a passion for providing high-level customer service, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Adhere to work schedule as committed to during the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time often the entire shift (6-8 hours).
• The applicant should have a strong sense of responsibility and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Must have previous customer service experience and sales experience helpful.
