Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, adhering to current industry best practices and ethical guidelines.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more.
Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, using various modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems) to tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide seamless and holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.
Stay up-to-date on current research and advances in the field, participating in ongoing professional development activities, including supervised training and continuing education
Skills Required for the Behavioral Health Consultant Opportunity:
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Licensure in the state of Indiana or eligible to obtain
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
Solid knowledge and expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills to create individualized treatment plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and collaborate with treatment teams
Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and their families
