As a Procurement Fulfillment Buyer II here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the procurement andfulfillment operations. You will be responsible for coordinating theprocurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, andmaintaining strong relationships with suppliers. With your expertise inprocurement and fulfillment, you will develop strategies to optimize cost,efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations will contributeto the success of our procurement and fulfillment operations.
You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of ourDeer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of ourprocurement and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods andservices to support our business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet business requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Conduct regular order book reviews with assigned suppliers to manage purchase order date fidelity and support the acknowledgement/commit validation process.
• Utilize the tiered escalation process to engage support for issues as they arise and could impact the performance of the site(s) being supported.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

YOU MUST HAVE
•2 years of experience in procurement or supplychain management.

•Proficient in using procurement software andtools. (SAP experience preferred)
•Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,Business, or a related field.
