Senior Project Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team!
This person will help supply administrative and professional services required to direct the planning, design and construction of new and renovated structures across the company as needed.
Responsibilities:

• Capital project management, including various meetings with a variety of constituencies, including users, consultants, contractors, administration and other departments
• On-site capital project construction administration, including participating in regular progress meetings and special meetings; and monitoring contractor work for conformance with construction contract requirements.
• Developing and monitoring project budgets; and reviewing and approving project expenditures
• Prepares progress reports and communicates project status to university entities and with external parties (vendors, contractors, consultants, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 60 months of experience in commercial or institutional construction or architectural/engineering design
• Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months' related experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prefer candidate to be licensed Architect or Engineer
• 5 to 10 years relevant post-graduation experience in commercial/institutional construction administration.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & PlanGrid
