The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial in identifying future hiring needs, attracting top candidates, overseeing the recruitment process, and effectively managing a team of talent acquisition professionals. The TAM will drive continuous improvements for the talent acquisition function.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys thinking critically and being an advisor to many. The right person will be excited to tackle challenges, overcome objections and find efficiencies to improve processes. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future through strategic recruitment, effective team management, and building a diverse and high-performing workforce.
The People
This position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources. This role sits on the HR leadership team and will work on company-wide initiatives. The TAM will provide strategic recruiting insight and guidance to operations leaders, department managers and the human resource teams.
How you make an Impact
• Manage the day-to-day recruiting operations, administration and communication.
• Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
• Develop and maintain relationships external employment sources, talent systems and vendors.
• Develop, review and maintain appropriate employment systems and processes.
• Analyze job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational
• policies and procedures.
• Utilize various channels such as job advertisements, recruiters, online platforms, and social media to attract diverse and qualified applicants.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate responses, verify references, and match qualifications to job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate applicants based on consistent criteria and discuss their qualifications in relation to job requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8 years of high-volume, end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry recruiting experience, including experience with acquisitions.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• Broad knowledge of industry and an ability to keep informed of trends to maintain effective hiring and processes.
• Overall understanding of processes, continuous improvement work and an ability and interest in identifying and championing new ideas for possible adoption

• Proficiency in using recruiting software to streamline the hiring process.
