*Scope of Maintenance Technician Role: *
The maintenance technician is responsible for following processes and procedures to review and complete maintenance tasks to reduce manufacturing downtime.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician Role:*
• Diagnose and repair advanced pneumatic issues and rebuild valves.
• Diagnose and repair advanced hydraulic issues and components.
• Diagnose PLC issues (processor faults, power supplies, analog and discrete I/O modules).
• Diagnose basic HMI and industrial computer issues (connectivity issues).
• Diagnose basic machine networking issues.
• Diagnose and repair RTO issues such as dampeners.
• Can troubleshoot to the component level on all electrical equipment.
• Can step 99 a Jessup line and reset/check all barrel flags and identify recipe issues.
• Multimeter that can read 0-20mA and 0-10VDC.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of Maintenance Technician Role:*
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with coating process for understanding of how to address line downtime.
*Maintenance Technician Qualifications: *
• Relevant work experience or background in maintenance programs/schooling
• Preferred: 3 years manufacturing experience
*Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: *
$32 - $45 an hour
