This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, contributing directly to production efficiency and product quality. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining production and quality standards by ensuring the uninterrupted operation of machinery and equipment.

Focus:

• Provide service and customer support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Install, start-up, and service OEM automation equipment, including providing training as required.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform and assist with other duties as assigned to support production operations.
• Follow all customer procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments to optimize performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Skill Set:

• Automotive Technology degree, technical or automotive certification, or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical components and machines.
• Must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in machine controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license or a valid passport.
• Motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work flexible shifts as required.
