IHMVCU is seeking an engaging Call Center Agent to join the team at our Headquarters Office in Moline, IL.
What does a Call Center Agent do?
  • Build deep, long term relationships to help our members along their financial journey.
  • In a high energy, empowered atmosphere we provide exceptional service through phone, email and chat functions.
  • Each day the goal is to listen, understand and take quick action to exceed the member's expectations.
  • Hours of Call Center operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays 8am-1pm.
  • Anticipated start date of the position is May 6th or May 28th
The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Educate members on financial tools; accurately and efficiently apply policies and procedures.
  • Reliable and Motivated to help others.
  • Professional bilingual skills in Spanish and English. (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

  • Lifting Demands: Up to 10 lbs.
  • Visual Demands: Visual acuity to do things such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
