Insight Global is looking for an Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst on behalf of one of the world's leading casual dining restaurant companies. This person will join the IT Enterprise Systems team that has recently implemented Oracle Fusion. As a BSA, you will be responsible for management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications specific to Enterprise Resource Planning including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects PPM, Expenses. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that optimize business processes. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be instrumental in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring the successful utilization of these systems across various departments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience working in a business analysis environment, with a focus on supporting and implementing Oracle Fusion applications in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) area - General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects PPM, Expenses
- Excellent functional knowledge including ability to find and define solutions with the business, experience writing functional specs, and configuring the system
- Proficiency in OIC integration platform and/or strong understanding of integrations with other systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications
