Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst:
- Performing research and interviews to determine IT business requirements
- Participating in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
- Reviewing business processes and identifying areas of improvement
- Documenting the current state of business processes as well as the desired future state
- Conducting knowledge transfer of business implications to the application/database developers and project manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology
- 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Professional experience in a customer facing role
- Professional experience working in large IT operating environments including SDLC, Infrastructure, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and people management skills
