Actively seeking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to recruit top quality customer service/sales candidates for our Tax Prep. Department.
Overview of Expectations:
- Work closely with Directors of Recruiting and Servicing to identify top quality candidates for sales roles.
- Deliver the ultimate candidate experience.
- Sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent.
- Full lifecycle recruitment process, starting from posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Effectively utilizing various resources, creative methods, and originality in your recruitment strategies.
- Highly organized and efficient with a strong sense of urgency.
Core Competencies:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of full cycle Recruiting
- Experienced with recruiting for sales roles required, preferably in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of employment regulations, HR policies and procedures as it relates to employment/staffing.
- Outstanding communication skills; written & verbal.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Experience using web-based recruiting platforms, ATS, social media, and other relevant tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
- Willingness to learn
- Easily adapts to business needs
