Ideal Tax Solution is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Santa Ana, CA

Actively seeking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to recruit top quality customer service/sales candidates for our Tax Prep. Department.

Overview of Expectations:

  • Work closely with Directors of Recruiting and Servicing to identify top quality candidates for sales roles.
  • Deliver the ultimate candidate experience.
  • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Full lifecycle recruitment process, starting from posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
  • Effectively utilizing various resources, creative methods, and originality in your recruitment strategies.
  • Highly organized and efficient with a strong sense of urgency.

Core Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of full cycle Recruiting
  • Experienced with recruiting for sales roles required, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations, HR policies and procedures as it relates to employment/staffing.
  • Outstanding communication skills; written & verbal.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using web-based recruiting platforms, ATS, social media, and other relevant tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Easily adapts to business needs
