Mark Guho Construction Company (MGC) is seeking a commercial construction project manager with a minimum of 5 year experience in the management of construction projects.

Qualifying applicants must obtain the following:

• Strong ability to read, interpret and dissect construction plan/specifications.
• Develop, negotiate, and administer construction contracts/purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ability to collaborate & communicate with the project owners, design team, and municipalities, including hosting routine construction project meetings.
• Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and past experience utilizing project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• Work with superintendents to determine resources needed for a timely project completion
• Strong ability to forecast project budgets in comparison to actual project costs
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Universal knowledge of construction assemblies
• Ability to develop project schedules, milestones
• Good people & communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Team player that is willing to learn
• Committed to project safety and provide onsite safety inspections
• Monitor quality control and assurance in the workplace
