This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting the team that manages all product business units and horizontal support teams collectively known as Product Company (or ProdCo/ProdBU). Responsibilities may include: -Organizing and managing complex and heavy calendar scheduling for Director and Senior Level Department Managers -Play critical role in scheduling the Department events, quarterly update meetings and processing group recognition Plan, schedule and book international and domestic travel for Director and Managers, and process expense reports -Works professionally with Org Admin Lead and other Senior and Executive admins to facilitate timely and accurate planning needs on internal meetings and external customer meetings. -Work with a global diverse team and will all levels of organization and collaborate across business units to maintain critical logistical needs. -Work both independently and, providing flexibility, sound judgment, and the prioritization of multiple demands working with multiple heavy calendars. -Maintain department organization charts and coordinates and distribute department wide communications A successful candidate will demonstrate: -A positive Can Do approach and demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, initiative and independent follow-up. Organize and prioritize tasks independently. -Proven teamwork skills - to build strong relationships within/outside department to effectively support the organization. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service orientation. -The candidate must have experience in working with senior level executives -Comfortable interacting professionally with all levels of execs both internally and externally to Intel. -Recognize potential issues in advance and proactively mitigate in creative ways. -Manages multiple priorities and re-prioritizes where necessary; requiring exceptional organization and follow up skills; and the ability to independently problem-solve and escalate issues to resolution. -Self-starter and can work with minimal supervision and direction and is comfortable with ambiguity. -Work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism. -Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. -High emotional intelligence, show discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information. -Strong attention to detail is a must Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
