After School Instructor job responsibilities:

• Lead interactive sessions centered around cooking and nutrition, using provided summer program curriculum.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can actively participate in hands-on experiments and creative projects.
• Inspire a lifelong passion for learning by encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

After School Instructor - job qualifications:

• Experience working with children, whether in a school, camp, or similar setting, and is excited to make a positive impact on their educational journey.
• Demonstrates effective classroom management skills, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for students to learn and explore.
• Values punctuality, reliability, and the opportunity to contribute to the enrichment of young minds.

After School Instructor Schedule and Pay:

• We will pair you up with the schools conveniently located near you.
• Pay starts at $60 per 1 hour and 15 minute class, but can range depending on summer camp curriculum and school district or your specific needs.
• Summer school program will run during the months of June and July. 
• Classes run Monday through Friday 
• Two classes are ran back to back starting at 1:00 PM and run for 1 hour, $60 per class!
• Schools are located in Washington, DC
