We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management across various delivery methodologies: predictive, iterative, incremental, and agile.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executives, Business Users, and Developers.
- Experience in implementing Enterprise Change Management strategies, plans, and activities to support people in adapting to changes in business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures.
- Proven track record of working with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Ability to evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas, and lead elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts using various information gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, and site visits.
- Proficient in creating reports, presentations, and business cases, and presenting information to leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls, including SDLC implementation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Project module.
- Experience working in State Government.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
