Summary

A skilled SAP Business Analyst specializing in the Controlling (CO) module is required at Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC – Savannah Plant. This role is crucial for optimizing financial processes, implementing, and maintaining financial systems, and working with MOBIS subsidiaries across North America.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• SAP CO Module Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions that meet business requirements and improve financial reporting and analysis.
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that leverage SAP CO capabilities to enhance control and cost management.
• System Customization: Customize SAP CO functionalities as needed to address specific business needs, ensuring proper integration with other SAP modules and applications.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights, forecasts, and budgeting support, helping business units make informed decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP CO configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring easy accessibility for end-users and future reference.
• Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance on SAP CO functionalities.
• System Upgrades: Collaborate with IT and functional teams to plan and execute SAP system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Compliance: Ensure that SAP CO configurations and processes comply with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Integration: Work closely with SAP experts in other modules, such as SAP FI, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between various SAP components.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain SAP CO reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7 years of experience as an SAP FCM Consultant, focusing on SAP CO module implementation and configuration.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, specifically in the CO module.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO configurations, processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• SAP certification in the CO module.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and automotive industry processes.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean).

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

• SAP certification in the CO module (if applicable).
