Grant’s is a fun neighborhood bar and restaurant located inside the beautiful, historic Stowe Village Inn, featuring a cozy, warm dining room with dramatic outdoor views overlooking downtown Stowe through vast glass atrium windows. The outdoor patio and veranda offer seating available during warmer months. The dinner menu rotates often with exciting food and drink specials, deliciously refreshing cocktails, continuously changing craft beer selection, and a curated wine list that features bottles that are value-driven and ready for any special occasion.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.

**Shift Schedule:**

Typical dinner shifts are 3pm-8pm and 5pm-10pm. Coming mid-June, lunch service will begin with shift of 11am-4pm. Subject to change.

**Duties:**

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Deliver food and beverages promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system

- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization

- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required if candidate willing to learn

- Proficiency in POS systems

- Excellent time management skills

- Knowledge of bussing procedures

- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively

- Experience with cash handling

- Strong customer service and guest services skills

- Understanding of food safety protocols
