We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as an Inside Customer Sales Support for our Sign division. Job Summary:

The Inside Customer Sales Support role is crucial for maintaining and growing our customer base. This position involves working closely with our sales team to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Processing customer orders by phone or email, this includes pulling the product to prepare for shipment.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

· Provide product information and support to customers as needed.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

· Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

· Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service or retail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-Time and part-time Flex

Pay: $35,360.00 - $37,440.00 per year
