Job Description

· Establish reporting systems and manage the consolidation of financial data for accounting of global subsidiaries’ business results

· Coordinate and prepare US GAAP-based financial statements

· Plan, direct and coordinate the preparation of annual budget and projections, and update monthly with actual figures and report variances

· Supervise annual audit process as well as semi-annual reviews, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely issuance of the audit reports

· Evaluate and direct financial control and accounting policies and procedures

· Develop and monitor business performance metrics for listco and subs to provide management with information and financial and business analysis vital to the decision-making process

· Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings for each jurisdiction that the company operates in

· Additional controller duties as necessary

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience with US GAAP and public company reporting. At least five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA not required but preferred. Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. Willing to in multi-language environment and travel to multiple locations internationally.
