Irving Materials Inc. is Hiring a Ready Mix Supply Manager Near Evansville, IN
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations including production.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Management of all resale inventory and inventory levels.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to engage with, and positively motivate delivery, sales and production teams.
- Maintaining sales margin goals as set by management.
- Ensure a high level of service/quality to all customers.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes and implementing innovative changes.
- Working knowledge of all fabrication equipment.
- Assisting in the production process if needed.
- Communicate with the detailing and production staff to effectively oversee the production schedule.
- Coaching the inside sales staff on best practices and providing training tools for continued improvement.
- Interpreting and reporting on monthly P&L’s.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of three years management experience desired.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high pressure environment.
- Must be willing to reside within the area of responsibility.
- Proficiency with computers, including Google G Suite and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
