We need a passionate Customer Success Manager in North America to support our growing customer base. Are you excited to build relationships and enjoy the challenges of managing large, complex customer accounts? You’ll work with a team that’s responsible for managing the customer’s current use of Hunters platform and defines our ongoing partnership together. You will work cross-functionally with Support/Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Research. Most importantly you will be working with an international team, a global customer base, and be a member of a passionate group who want to make a difference. Hunters is a team on a global mission to make security easier to visualize, to understand and to act upon. We need great technologists, communicators and leaders to be there with us!

This position can be based anywhere in the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ownership - The customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, and everything in between. Your customers are the lifeblood of our business and we will support you while you support them.

Be Data Driven - Measure and monitor customer’s achievement of critical and key performance indicators, reporting both internally and externally.

Collaboration - Cement yourself as a trusted advisor with customers, constantly relaying the value of Hunters SOC platform by advocating customer needs internally, collaborating with R&D, Sales and Product teams to ensure customers’ success priorities are met.

Value Aware - Promote product adoption and engagement across our customers’ organizations: from CISOs to SOC analysts.

Be MORE Data Driven - Actively engage with customers and key stakeholders to drive key metrics including: adoption, health and satisfaction.

Communicator and Business Owner - Lead customer interactions, including product training sessions, regular meetings, day-to-day communication, health checks, QBRs and roadmap sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

What we really need from you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have a great singing voice that’s cool too.
  • Customer-centric approach with prior experience in customer success roles.
  • A background and understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
  • A keenability to understand customers’ challenges and advise on best practices - If this is your superpower then we’re gonna’ love working with you!
  • Experience with communicating business and technical value to both C-level executives and hands-on practitioners
  • Data-driven and obsessed with details, with strong technical and problem solving skills. You know the difference between having a customer who is satisfied, and one who is a champion. What’s more is you know how to get them across the divide.
  • Thrives in a complex environment, a flexible self-starter that can adjust priorities on-the-fly - Jugglers get extra credit!
