Pharmacy Technician : inpatient - IVs
Location : Chicago, IL
Schedule : Full-time; AMs
We are seeking professional and skilled Pharmacy Technicians, with _ CURRENT or PRIOR hospital experience, _ to help one of our inpatient pharmacies, with IV compounding in their clean room.
The ideal inpatient Pharmacy Tech candidate, is _ required _to have an active IL license, be certified, and know USP797 or USP800.
Qualifications:
Valid IL Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB or ExCPT certified
Working within a hospital setting
Sterile IV compounding experience (USP797 or USP800)
Epic
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
IV compounding in accordance with USP797
Using Epic to record compounding process
Maintains a sterile clean room
Helping pharmacy as needed
Compensation: depends on experience, skill set, availability and distance.
