Description
The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism in a clinic based setting. The Behavior Technician will collect date on programs, and assist the BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst with clinical date and assessments as needed.
This position is for our social skills group that is held 2-3 times per week. We run sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5-7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM-12 PM ( schedule is subject to change based on client/ business 's needs). The position is working with clients between the ages of 5-8 in one-to-one or small groups of approximately 1 technician to 3 clients.
Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required: Reliable transportation.
• Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
