Position Summary:
The Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest LGBTQ civil rights organization, is hiring multiple Campaign Digital Organizers for the 2024 election cycle. While this position reports to the State Director and is an integral part of the organizing work in-state, they will also have the support and collaboration with HRC's Digital Communications and Strategy team. This is the ideal role for a high-caliber campaign organizer who has served on multiple campaigns, is proficient with all forms of social media and understands the symbiosis between digital and field organizing. The right candidate will bring a creative lens to the in-state organizing work and be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIN and other social properties. The position is based in-state, requires attendance at in-person events and works arm-in-arm with HRC's on-the-ground campaign organizing team. The Campaign Digital Organizer is a temporary, full-time position, eligible for employer-paid medical insurance , ending November 8, 2024, with possible election related extensions. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona.
