Kingdom Construction is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Wildwood, FL

MUST HAVE YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH A COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR!

Job Description

Kingdom Construction is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the construction project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of a construction project from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for proper material and labor counts
  • Prepare bid packages, estimates, and bid schedules for each job
  • Review all plans, specifications, and drawings for each job
  • Prepare estimates for each job based on bid price and project cost
  • Submit bid packages, estimates, and bid schedules to project managers for review
  • Prepare material lists, purchase orders, and contracts as needed
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on schedule, cost, and quality issues during the course of a project
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are being met at all times including OSHA, local codes, and company safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in construction project management or supervisory role preferred (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) required. Must be able to communicate with subcontractors and vendors. Must also be able to communicate with management team. Must be able to manage multiple projects at once. Must have strong leadership skills. Must have strong time management skills. Must have strong customer service skills. Must have strong organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
